Neil McBrearty
Starting with a single van, and expanding to open his first carpet shop in 2013, Neil has built a well-respected business with the help of his wife Caroline, Julie, and a team of loyal and hardworking carpet and flooring fitters. Committed to offering first-class service and impressive finishes, Neil has earned a loyal customer base that keeps returning for their flooring needs. Passionate about customer satisfaction, he provides a highly personalised service and expertise to help customers make the best home flooring decisions.
Caroline
Caroline has been a valued member of the team since 2015. With a background in providing exceptional customer service at Skipton Building Society, Caroline seamlessly transitioned into our family. She's the friendly face you'll encounter on the shop floor, helping customers select their perfect flooring.
In her spare time, Caroline is a marathon and half-marathon enthusiast, always striving to push her limits. Off the track, she's wife to Neil and a loving mother to two adorable boys.
Jordan
Jordan, a down-to-earth and skilled member of the Neil McBrearty Carpets crew, always gives his best in every flooring project. Driven by his commitment to customer satisfaction and getting the job done right, Jordan embodies the company's devotion to outstanding service, exceptional craftsmanship, and hassle-free experiences. Ben
Ben, a friendly and hardworking member of the Neil McBrearty Carpets in Carlisle team, has worked with Neil since leaving school and pours his heart into every flooring job. He's all about the details and ensuring customers are happy with the results. Julie
Julie joined us in 2018 from House of Fraser and plays an integral role in our operations, contributing to admin tasks and assisting customers on the shop floor. She also stepped up admirably after Neil's mum retired, further cementing her place in our close-knit family.
When she's not on the shop floor, Julie can often be found exploring the Lake District. Her passion for walking aligns perfectly with her goal of conquering the Wainwrights, one climb at a time.
Jay
Jay became part of our team in 2019. While initially pursuing a joinery course in college, Jay was drawn to the world of carpet and flooring fitting. With a commitment to top-quality work, Jay has become a valuable asset. He also assists customers on the shop floor, eager to absorb knowledge and continue learning.
Outside of work, Jay has discovered a newfound love for physical fitness. Inspired by his successful completion of the Lakeland 50 in 2022, he's now passionate about pushing his boundaries further in the gym and on the running track.
Garry
Garry boasts over a decade of experience working alongside Neil. A fully qualified joiner, he excels in fitting engineered and laminate floors to impeccable standards. Garry has expanded his expertise to include LVT click flooring, showcasing his dedication to delivering top-notch work.
Beyond his professional life, Garry is a devoted family man and passionate Liverpool FC fan. His commitment to excellence in both work and life has played a pivotal role in our growth and success.
